We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Payment is only debited once your order has been shipped.
You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to raisingathletes.net.
Our shipping policy is a standard 7-14 business days for processing and shipment. However, most of our customers receive their items before this time frame.
We do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customer needs a smaller or larger size. (You can view the sizing chart on each of the product pages and please don’t hesitate to contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org with any further questions before ordering.)
The fitted shirts run small so we recommend ordering 1-2 sizes up. The hoodies are unisex which means they run larger. Please check the description of each shirt or hoodie to see fit and sizing. Please email email@example.com if you have additional sizing questions.
Raising Athletes uses a custom print fulfillment service. Their policy states that it is the customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the product was delivered.
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY. There are no refunds. Hats FINAL SALE.

Items must be in saleable condition (no deodorant stains caused during fitting, no makeup, etc.)
